    What Are Axial Flux & Electromagnetic Halbach Arrays?

    - Electromagnetic Halbach Array: Arranges permanent magnets/electromagnetic coils to enhance magnetic fields on the working side (air gap) and cancel them on the non-working side, maximizing flux utilization and reducing leakage loss.

    - Axial Flux Halbach Array: A derivative for axial flux motors, with flux parallel to the rotation axis. Applied in disk-shaped motors, it combines Halbach’s focusing advantage with high power density for compact, efficient scenarios.

    Both technologies increase air gap magnetic density by 30%-40% (same magnet dosage), reducing torque ripple and iron loss for better stator and rotor performance.

    Core Applications in Stators & Rotors

    The Electromagnetic Halbach Array is widely used in stators and rotors, optimizing magnetic distribution, reducing weight, and improving efficiency.
